In this role, you combine direct care with coordinating tasks and contribute to the continuous development of care quality. Tasks - Comprehensive care and nursing of residents according to the concept and care process (resource-oriented, needs-based, and quality-assured) - Treatment care and medical technical procedures in accordance with guidelines - Medical visits: planning, preparation, and accompaniment - Electronic care documentation in a professional application (structured, legally secure recording) - Reference care and coordination of the care process for assigned cases including assessment of care needs (RAI/InterRAI) - Case conferences: moderation/leadership of care conferences and reports - Daily responsibility with coordination of the day team (morning/afternoon shift) - Thematic responsibility in a defined field, including professional guidance in the team Profile - Diploma as Dipl.
