Together with a motivated and professional team, you will be responsible for the care and will be in charge of processing the following tasks: - You ensure individual and professional care and support for the customers in their homes - You take over case responsibility for the assigned nursing situations, coordinate the individual steps of the care process between the involved persons, authorities, and institutions, and ensure a flawless care process and efficient interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation and high-quality service - You act as a point of contact for relatives, advise them professionally, and involve the customer's environment in the care process - You document the entire care process and record the services rendered In your function as vocational trainer/traineress, you will design, plan, and coordinate the course of training. This includes the following core tasks: - Introduction, guidance, and evaluation of trial candidates - Individual support for trainees by monitoring learning progress and deficits - Allocation of work according to predefined learning goals and statutory regulations - Implementation of the employer-defined learning objectives - Conducting, evaluating, and assessing learning accompaniments - Preparation of education reports and work and learning situations - Ensuring the achievement of learners' goals in an optimal learning climate according to the defined learning objectives as per the training plan To achieve these goals, you will be given the opportunity to further develop yourself individually in the field of vocational training.
