Certified Nurse in Family Caregiving (Canton )

Are you a nurse who enjoys not only professionally advising people but also inspiring them to get the right support? In this role, you will combine your nursing expertise with consulting and communication. You will visit families at home, analyze their situation, explain our services, and guide them in choosing the appropriate support.

Your Tasks

• You will visit clients and their family members at home and conduct the initial assessment of the care situation.
• You will listen, ask the right questions, and identify the support the family truly needs.
• You will explain our services clearly and convince family members of the options available to them.
• You will make independent clinical assessments and initiate the next steps.
• You will ensure the correct preparation of the care order and all care-related foundations.
• You will coordinate with Spitex organizations and other partners.
• You will document your assessments and ensure a clean handover to further care.
• You will complete your administrative tasks independently from your home office.

What You Bring

• Completed nursing education at the tertiary level (Certified Nurse HF/FH).
• Professional experience in outpatient care / Spitex — you know the environment and what matters.
• True talent for persuasion: You win people over warmly, with likeability, and trustworthiness.
• Enjoy actively engaging family members for suitable support services — you take objections sportingly and see them as a challenge.
• Strong, structured communication skills: You get to the point briefly and concisely.
• Professional, polished appearance — first impressions count.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and good observation skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You act with a focus on goals, make decisions independently, and take responsibility.
• High resilience and flexibility in changing situations.
• Proficient use of digital tools.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
