We support families who are caring for their relatives at home.

Your role in this:<

• You supervise your own employees (caregiving relatives)
• You show them how to perform nursing care correctly, explain procedures, and are their professional point of contact
• You ensure that nursing care is carried out with high quality, safely, and correctly
• You are regularly on-site to provide support and advice
• You document and take responsibility for case management of your assigned clients

In short: You assist with care, but above all, you coach and guide the relatives in providing care.

What you do with us:<

• You visit clients at home and assess the situation on-site
• You conduct needs assessments and advise on what is truly needed
• You ensure that care is well-organized and of high quality
• You are the point of contact for caregiving relatives: explain, demonstrate, support, provide reassurance
• You document meticulously and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What you bring with you:

• Degree as a Certified Nurse HF/FH
• Experience in home care/outpatient care is great
• You enjoy talking to people and can explain things clearly
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
• You know Spitex software or will learn it quickly
• You are comfortable using a laptop
• Driver's license Cat. B
