Job Description

• Care and support of people with severe autism and challenging behavior

• Professional handling of self-injurious and other-injurious behavior

• Administration of care, medication, and therapies

• Documentation and ensuring the quality of care

• Interdisciplinary collaboration

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF or FH.

• Several years of experience with severely autistic individuals and challenging behavior is an advantage.

• Experience in handling self-injurious and other-injurious behavior

• Resilience and confidence in crisis situations

• High social competence and teamwork skills

• Very good German language skills

• Willingness for long working days and weekend shifts

• Driver's license and own car required (workplace is in a mountain location, only limited access by public transport)
