For our client, a modern and professional institution in long-term care in the Seeland region, we are looking for a self-reliant and responsible Registered Nurse HF/FH 50% for the night shift, starting immediately or by agreement.
Your Areas of Responsibility:
Individual and holistic care and support for residents during the night
Promotion of well-being and contribution to the further development of the living group
Implementation of care concepts as well as quality and nursing standards
Recognition and professional action in emergency situations
Ensuring high quality of care even in challenging situations
Close cooperation within the permanent night shift team
Your Requirements:
Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification
Sound professional knowledge and high social competence
Independent, calm, and responsible way of working
Enjoyment of working the night shift
Openness to change and new ideas
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
