Tasks for Healthcare Professional:

• Professional responsibility for nursing care planning in the nursing documentation and its practical implementation and verification. Keeping the classification in BESA / RAI up-to-date and correct electronic recording.
• Main responsibility for complete nursing documentation.
• Responsible for professional nursing instruction, including continuous further development.
• Leading nursing and medicinal technical procedures such as medication management, wound management, and treatment care.
• Taking over daily responsibility, including leading nursing staff.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all individuals and institutions involved in treatment and care, coordinating communication (physiotherapy, daily activities, kitchen, technical services, etc.).
• Ensures nursing care and support adapted to the situation according to the nursing philosophy, care planning, and the latest standards.
• Conducts specialist advice for residents and relatives.
• Monitors the health status of residents.
• Co-responsible for the creation, updating, and implementation of guidelines and nursing standards.
• Co-responsible for the theoretical and practical promotion of employees.
• Active participation in meetings and internal further training.
• Co-responsibility for safety and health at work.

Requirements

• Degree as a Graduate Nurse HF (professional experience is an advantage).
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
• Interest in part-time/internal further training.
• Taking on responsibility.
• Willingness to embrace change positively.
• BESA and/or RAI knowledge is an advantage.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and empathetic person.
