As a leading nurse specialist, you will take responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring all steps in the care process of the clients. You will work closely with the involved services and teams to ensure that the clients receive comprehensive and individualized care. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for clients • Coordinating and communicating with other healthcare professionals and services • Providing emotional support and counseling to clients and their families • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of treatment plans • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Your qualifications: • Diploma in Nursing (HF) • Experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines • Certification in a relevant area (e.g., gerontology, pediatrics) is an asset.
