- Interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen
- Betreuung der Patienten und Patientinnen während der stationären Behandlung mit Schwerpunkt Rheumatologie, Innere - Medizin und Psychiatrie
- Erfassen und situationsgerechtes Handeln in Krisensituationen
- Mitwirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der Pflege im stationären Betrieb
- Erfassen und Evaluation der pflegerischen Handlungen unter Einbezug nach NANDA
- Arbeiten im Drei-Schichtbetrieb (inkl. Nachtwache)
