Profile - Tertiary degree in care with leadership training - Several years of professional and leadership experience in the care sector - Very good German language skills orally and written (at least B2) - Assertiveness, decision-making willingness, and prioritization competence - Empathetic, communicative, and engaged personality - Stress-resistant, reliable, loyal, and open to changes - Not alone, but with backup, team spirit, and genuine appreciation.
