The Burgfelderhof nursing home is one of five nursing homes of Bürgerspital Basel. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with different needs a comfortable and individual home close to the city, in a green setting.

Your Role

In collaboration with the nursing team, you will ensure the caring support of the residents. The focus is on the varied daily life and the competent and empathetic approach to residents. You will take responsibility and act quickly and thoughtfully even in crisis situations.

Your Profile

• Education at tertiary level (HF/FH)
• Ideally, professional experience in long-term care
• Sensitivity and empathy for the needs of older people
• Proven RAI or BESA knowledge
• Familiar with the Skill & Grade Mix
• Open personality with good manners
