Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII 50 -100 %

from November 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in line with our nursing philosophy and the nursing process
• Execution of treatment nursing activities
• Planning and accompanying doctor's rounds

• Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach

• Taking on tasks as a primary contact person
• Management of the nursing process
• Leading case discussions
• Taking on day responsibility with coordination of the day team
• Taking on tasks as a theme leader, professional line authority

Your profile

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK)
• Professional experience in long-term care and/or coordinated nursing services is an advantage
• RAI knowledge (InterRAI-HC) is desirable or willingness to attend these courses
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Flawless German language skills, differentiated oral and written communication skills
