What you bring for this position

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF (University of Applied Sciences)
• Flexibility, openness, and interest in different areas/locations of deployment and changing care situations
• Willingness to be available at short notice, depending on the chosen pool worker model
• Structured and independent way of working, as well as a high degree of responsibility and resilience
• Willingness to work 80% for at least 1 month during the introductory phase

Our offer to you

• Working model Pool Worker Bonus in at least 2-3 specialist areas at the location with a monthly function allowance of CHF 450.00 for a 100% position (proportionally for part-time) and 4 desired days off per month, duty scheduling by the employee and the head of the pool worker team by half, with notification of assignments up to 4 hours before the assignment
• Working model Pool Worker Plus at 2 locations of HOCH Health Eastern Switzerland with a monthly function allowance of CHF 750.00 for a 100% position (proportionally for part-time) as well as an additional CHF 50 assignment bonus per day for assignments outside the main deployment location; at least 50% of the assignments are carried out at a fixed defined main deployment location, the remaining assignments are carried out as needed at other locations of HOCH Health Eastern Switzerland
