DigiTribe - Senior Test Manager

The organization is looking for a Test Manager responsible for defining and implementing testing strategies and practices across a portfolio of digital initiatives. This role ensures that testing approaches support the delivery of high-quality solutions within a scaled agile environment and across multiple platforms. The department is undergoing a transformation toward agile and DevOps ways of working. As part of this evolution, the testing strategy must continuously adapt to support cross-team collaboration and ensure that testing processes are integrated into the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in test management, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels is crucial. The Test Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining testing strategies, processes, and standards across the organization. This includes defining test plans, test cases, and test data, as well as ensuring that testing activities are aligned with business objectives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, and working closely with developers to ensure that testing is integrated into the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is highly desirable.
