DigiTribe - Senior Scrum Master

Context and purpose of the role The Scrum Master leverages advanced expertise in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience to support one or more teams in the effective application of the Agile framework. Acting as a facilitator and point of reference for best practices, the Scrum Master aims to optimize team performance and the value delivered. In this role, you will be supported by our Agile Coach. Your profile Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in complex environments Strong understanding of Scrum framework principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to facilitate team collaboration and conflict resolution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience working with distributed teams and remote work environments Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. In this role, you will be responsible for: Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives Coaching team members on Agile principles and best practices Identifying and mitigating impediments to the team's progress Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and refine product backlog items Providing guidance and support to teams to improve their overall performance and delivery.
