Digital/IT Allrounder/in & Buchhaltung in Teil- oder Vollzeit (m/w/d)

We are looking for a versatile support in the intersection of eCommerce/Web/IT and accounting.

Asset management, Be-& VerWERTungen of companies, inheritances, collections, and the mediation of real estate. That's what we enjoy - and you too?

Tasks

-Digital document management

-Examination, counting, and booking of ongoing business transactions (creditors, debtors, bank, cash)

-Accounting management including creation, examination, payment monitoring, and debt collection

&

Additional fields:

IT, system technology & automation:

Maintenance and further development of our IT systems and interfaces, setting up and optimizing data imports/-exports, monitoring and error analysis, support for automating business processes

or

Web - WordPress (Elementor): Maintenance and further development of our websites and landing pages, including media design

or

E-Commerce - JTL: Article maintenance, data imports/-exports, support for online sales processes and interfaces

Qualification

-Professional experience in accounting and secure handling of common accounting software

-Practice in at least one area: programming, WordPress-Elementor, or JTL

-Meticulous, structured, and independent working style

-High reliability and confidentiality in handling financial and customer data
