Digital Workplace Manager (m/w/d)

You design digital workspaces that people really want to use.
Not just technically clean - but thoughtfully, practically, and with real added value.

Tasks

• You conceptualize and implement digital workplace solutions - from collaboration tools over workflow automation to cloud integrations
• You analyze customer requirements and develop solutions that really fit
• You translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions – understandable for IT and business alike
• You keep an eye on trends in the Digital Workplace area and actively bring in new technologies like AI and automation

Important: You're not just an implementer - you think with, design, and take responsibility for your solutions.

Qualification

• Experience in the architecture or implementation of digital workplaces (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams)
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and modern collaboration tools
• Ability to plan complex projects and keep the bigger picture in mind
• Communication strength - whether in the development team or with customers, really driving digital transformation forward
