Your qualification as Digital Transformation Manager (m/w/d): Completed studies in BWL, business informatics or comparable

Multiple years of experience in digital strategy and transformation, ideally in the banking sector

Fundamental knowledge of digital technologies and trends in the financial sector

Experience in developing digital business models and change management

Leadership skills and ability to steer organizational changes

Strategic thinking, high self-initiative, and willingness to change

Very good German and English knowledge
