Digital Transformation Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager.

Nurseries and digitalization may not seem like they go together at first glance. With your involvement, that changes.

Whether it's fully digitized administrative processes, modern e-learning platforms or innovative AI applications, you're the person with curiosity, drive and vision? As a strategic sparring partner and operational spearhead, you will carry out digital pioneer work and may even lay the foundation for your own software initiative.

Tasks

• Analysis of existing software landscape and design of an efficient, tailored operating system for nurseries
• Evaluation of all relevant interfaces like Personio or government applications and automation of processes connected to them
• Building and continuous development of a modern e-learning platform for employees and executives
• Strategic consulting and sparring for the management board
• Monitoring new trends and technologies and developing roadmaps for their integration
• Conceptualization and implementation of innovative AI applications, for example using computer vision and generative AI

Qualification

• Experience in planning, implementing and steering projects, ideally in the context of digitalization
• Outstanding technical affinity and the ability to quickly grasp and penetrate complex relationships
• Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as clear and target-group-oriented communication
• Ability to put oneself in the perspectives of educators, parents and children, analyze processes, recognize potential and implement it
• High social awareness and intrinsic motivation to make a sustainable contribution to early childhood education
• Experience in searching out and evaluating new trends and technologies, for example in the field of artificial intelligence
