We are strengthening our team and looking for you as Digital Transformation Lead (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Analyse and evaluation of existing business processes in all company departments (e.g. sales, planning, production, administration)
• Identification and implementation of digitalization potential
• Introduction and further development of digital workflows and systems
• Building and structuring a reliable data basis as the foundation for automation and AI applications
• Interface management between departments and IT
• Introduction and integration of suitable software solutions and tools
• Preliminary work and accompaniment of first AI application cases (e.g. automation, document processing, data evaluation)
• Self-responsible further education in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to continuously expand professional competencies
• Training and support of employees in new digital processes
• Ensuring IT security, data protection and compliance within the scope of digitalization

Qualifikation

• Degree in (Economic) Informatics, Digitalization, Engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in digitalizing business processes and/or project management
• Technical understanding and ideally programming knowledge (e.g. Python, interface/API integration)
• Experience with data structures, data management and possibly first AI applications of advantage
• Analytical thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills and ability to mediate between departments and IT
• Eigeninitiative and joy in actively driving changes forward
