DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD

• 7–15 years of experience in digital transformation / ERP / processes;
• You have led a major digital project (not just ERP implementation);
• Solid knowledge in: ERP, BI, AI, RPA, operational processes;
• Experience in medium-sized companies, preferably with complex operations;
• Leadership, structure, communication impeccable, results-oriented.

• You design and implement the EREN digital architecture (ERP + BI + AI + RPA + DMS);
• You lead the end-to-end operational redesign process;
• You coordinate the internal team and external suppliers;
• You prioritize, plan, and monitor digitalization for 3 years;
• You ensure technology adoption in the organization;
• You deliver concrete results: simplified processes, automations, reports, integration.
