Digital Technical Specialist Spanish - Work Remotely based in Spain

Job Description: Reporting to the Digital Technical Sr. Manager, the Digital Technical Specialist role within our Dental Digital department will be a remote position from Spain. The role focuses on providing excellent operational and technical support to Dental professionals within Spain and EMEA. With an emphasis on our Clear Aligner SPARK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial doctor Onboarding, the technical support of digital orthodontic cases, as well as providing regular training and guidance to dental professionals. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English. Additionally, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is required. Knowledge of dental software and orthodontic systems is an asset. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
