Digital Solutions Leader || Bengaluru, IN This is an exempt level position Position Summary: The Digital solutions leader is accountable for the ideation, to discovery and delivery of Digital solutions in a given segment, or domain for ADM. The Digital Solutions Leader would drive the Digital & Innovation portfolio of projects in Finance, HR, Legal, Communications and other corporate functions, along with the Segments (ASO, Nutrition, Carbohydrates). to identify opportunities, rapid prototyping, and to deliver innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. The Digital Solutions Leader will work closely with the ADM business leaders to understand their needs and priorities, and to develop solutions that meet those needs. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure that the solutions are properly integrated and scalable. The Digital Solutions Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including ADM business leaders, IT, and other relevant teams. The Digital Solutions Leader will also be responsible for managing and prioritizing a portfolio of Digital solutions projects, and for ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Digital Solutions Leader will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Digital solutions space, and to apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the ADM business. The Digital Solutions Leader will be a key member of the ADM leadership team, and will be expected to contribute to the development of the ADM business strategy and to help drive the business forward.
