Digital Services Supervisor - Project Manager About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex client engagements, programs, and portfolios from initiation through closure. This role partners closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and leadership to ensure successful outcomes, predictable delivery, and strong client satisfaction across mid-market and enterprise engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation and planning throughout execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to achieve project goals and objectives. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects, while maintaining high levels of quality and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business needs, goals, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project execution. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project management skills and knowledge. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the organization and externally to leverage partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances that drive business growth and success. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital services industry; Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; Experience working with clients across various industries and sectors; Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity software.
