Digital Retail Visual Merchandising Trainer

The Visual Merchandising Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs on visual merchandising techniques for retail spaces. This role focuses on teaching retail professionals how to create engaging, "Instagrammable" store environments that enhance customer experience and drive sales through effective visual presentation and space utilization. Key Responsibilities: Training Development & Delivery: Design and deliver a 16-hour "Visual Merchandising for Retail" training program, which includes both theoretical and practical components. This program will be delivered to retail professionals across the organization. Training Materials: Develop and maintain a comprehensive training manual, including visual aids, case studies, and best practices. This manual will be used as a reference guide for retail professionals. Evaluation and Feedback: Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to retail professionals to ensure they are meeting the training objectives. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve and refine the training program. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., visual merchandising, marketing, or a related field). 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, training, or a related field. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
