Digital Project & Operations Manager:in (m/f/d)

Vino Digital is the e-commerce agency for the wine industry and a business unit of TAFKA GmbH. We develop shops, content, campaigns, and digital systems for family-run wineries that work in everyday life and deliver measurable results. In the second business unit, TAFKA, we help companies practically integrate AI and automation into their work.

For our team, we are looking for an experienced person who can independently lead digital projects, confidently assess technical topics, and directly get involved in implementation when necessary. One day you will manage a client project, the next day you will solve a problem with shops, DNS, or tracking, edit a video in DaVinci Resolve, or develop a better workflow with Claude and Codex.

You will work closely with our team and management. You will bring order to complex situations, communicate clearly, and reliably lead projects to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Projects: You will take over Vino Digital projects from planning to completion, set priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and keep an eye on time, quality, and next steps.
• Support Clients Confidently: You will be the central point of contact for selected partner wineries, lead meetings, translate goals into clear work packages, and proactively solve problems.
• Develop Systems Further: You will collect recurring requirements, prioritize improvements, formulate clear briefings for development and automation, test new features, and document the finished process.
• Solve Technical Issues: You will work confidently with CMS, domains, DNS records, forms, tracking, and integrations. In case of errors, you will systematically identify the cause and organize a reliable solution.
• Implement Web and E-commerce: You will maintain and improve pages in Shopify, WordPress, or comparable systems and can perform minor adjustments yourself.
• Produce Videos: You will edit social, performance, training, and customer videos in DaVinci Resolve, including selection, dramaturgy, sound, subtitles, and appropriate export formats.
• Work AI-first: You will use Claude and Codex daily for planning, research, documentation, troubleshooting, text, prototyping, and small technical implementations. You will independently review and improve results.
• Support TAFKA: Depending on workload, you will take on suitable tasks in TAFKA's AI, automation, or content projects, such as project coordination, prototyping, video deliverables, or quality assurance.
• Improve Standards: You will recognize recurring friction points, further develop templates and processes, and ensure that good solutions become reusable within the team.

Qualifications

• You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in an agency, a digital company, an e-commerce team, a start-up, or a comparable environment.
• You have led multiple digital projects with your own client or stakeholder responsibility and can concretely explain what difficult situations you have resolved and what results you have achieved.
• You communicate reliably, prioritize clearly, and remain capable of action when requirements are incomplete or a problem arises shortly before a deadline.
• You understand the basics of domains and DNS. Terms such as A-record, CNAME, MX, and TXT are familiar to you.
• You have already implemented or significantly developed a website or shop with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or a comparable CMS.
• You have practical editing experience with DaVinci Resolve and can show work samples. You have a grasp of the basics of sound, color, subtitles, and social formats.
• You routinely use Claude, Codex, or comparable AI tools and can show how you have improved quality, speed, or problem-solving with them.
• You document decisions and processes in such a way that others can work with them.
• You work in German at least at a C1 level and can communicate in English in a professional setting.
• You can regularly work in our office near Ostkreuz in Berlin: 3 days per week

A university degree is not a prerequisite. What counts is your professional experience, your judgment, and the results for which you have already taken responsibility. Experience with Vibe Coding, APIs, webhooks, or automations is welcome.
