Digital Product Manager (gn)

Your Tasks

The Bikeleasing Group has developed into one of the leading companies for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It comprises five specialized companies – including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and dealers for refurbished bikes. As Digital Product Manager (gn), you will take on a central role in a new team under the leadership of the Head of Digital Product Management.

In this function, you will be responsible for project management of digital projects for our customers and core brands in Germany and Austria – and thus contribute significantly to a modern, efficient, and customer-oriented product landscape. You want to actively shape digital projects and develop smart solutions for different customer groups together with various stakeholders? Then we look forward to your application!

• You analyze the needs and challenges of our B2B and B2C customers and lead targeted measures to improve user experience.
• You investigate customer behavior along the customer journey, conduct competitor and market analyses, and identify technological best practices that you use for the further development of our insurance and service products.
• You develop new product features, optimize existing processes, and ensure an efficient, smooth usable product landscape.
• You plan, steer, and coordinate digital projects from conception to go-live.
• You take on an active role in stakeholder management to bring together the different interests of sales, product, IT, operations, and management.
• You define relevant KPIs, measure the success of measures, and derive data-based optimizations to continuously create added value for our customers.

Your Strengths

• A completed degree in a technical or economic field (e.g. economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable study programs) forms the basis for this role.
• A master's degree or equivalent further qualification is advantageous.
• A well-developed analytical and strategic understanding – ideally supplemented by experience in a dynamic, growing corporate environment – supports you in quickly grasping complex relationships.
• High self-initiative, sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital products and processes, critically question them, and present them clearly, characterize you.
• A structured and precise working style, as well as a strong emphasis on quality and detail awareness, are essential.
• Fluent German and English language skills round out your profile.
