Digital Planner (all gender)

MagnaGlobal Germany is a central resource of Mediabrands and the procurement community for the Media-Agenturen Initiative, Universal McCann, and BPN. Our focus lies on operational and strategic procurement as well as planning of TV, print media (ads, inserts), radio, outdoor advertising, cinema, and online, as well as order processing for all customers of our network agencies.

Aufgaben

What's expected of you?

• As Digital Planner (all gender) you will be part of an experienced digital planning team and work on national and international clients
• You take over the strategic media planning and implementation of digital campaigns as well as fine-tuning/optimization of detail planning in relevant digital media such as moving images (ATV/CTV), BVOD, display, programmatic, search, and social etc.
• You work closely with the customer advisory teams of our network agencies Initiative, BPN, and UM to ensure that our customers achieve their media goals across all (digital) media channels.
• You develop tactical approaches for digital communication together with your teams using our planning and media tools
• You are involved in the latest market trends and developments and drive forward the digital development of our clients with your own impulses.
• You are part of a great team that develops the best results for our customers & translates the local or national media world
• You ensure a smooth communication flow between internal stakeholders and our network agencies on an international and local level (if you want, you can also stand directly in contact with the customer)

Qualifikation

What should you bring?

• You have successfully completed a vocational training or a degree in marketing or business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in digital marketing – whether on the client side, at a digital marketer, social media agency, start-up, or another digital/media agency.
• You are enthusiastic about the digital media world
• New media planning tools do not scare you, although you also excel in Excel skills
• You are curious and love new trends & future-oriented innovations
• You possess a strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, and take on responsibility
• You convince others of your ideas and potential with your empathy and communication skills
• You stand out through technical understanding, commercial action, and high self-motivation
• You speak German and English or want to develop both languages
