Digital Operations & IT

You are responsible for the operational further development of our digital system landscape, including automation and AI integration.

You relieve the management team of their daily digital tasks and work closely with all departments to shape processes that are more efficient, scalable, and future-proof.

The role combines hands-on implementation with strategic thinking – without classical leadership responsibility, but with a lot of personal responsibility and design scope.

Tasks

• Building, developing, and optimizing digital platforms (website, landing pages, etc.)
• Automating business processes (from analysis to conception to implementation of new structures) to relieve the team
• Selecting, comparing, and introducing or integrating new tools (HR, customer service, e-commerce, course planning, etc.)
• AI integration (testing, introduction, and optimization of AI tools in various areas such as customer service, marketing, website, etc.)
• Digital support and interface between booking system, website, CRM, and payment providers
• Maintenance of tools and IoT devices in studios (iPads, displays, thermostats, and door locks)

Qualification

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g. Webflow, CMS, booking or CRM systems)
• Fluent German and English in writing and speaking
• Understanding of automation, no-code/low-code tools, and AI applications
• Basic knowledge of the GDPR and data protection
• Pleasure in building and developing system landscapes in startups
• Affinity to the sports and fitness industry
• Optional willingness to travel, as IT solutions need to be implemented on-site at studios across Germany
