The Role

As Digital Operations Coordinator Hospitality (all genders) in Berlin, you will ensure that our digital processes and tools are effective where they make the greatest difference – in the operational daily routine of our locations.
You will bridge the connection between Digital Operations and Hospitality and ensure that digital solutions are understood, lived, and continuously improved.
Together with the teams on site, the Quality & Guest Experience department, and our Digital Operations Specialists, you will accompany tool rollouts, training sessions, and process optimizations. Your goal is digital excellence that arrives in every city.

Your Tasks

• You will serve as the interface between Digital Operations and Hospitality and ensure that digital tools, systems, and processes are uniformly understood, used, and continuously improved in the locations.
• You will accompany new and existing tools – from rollout to training sessions to continuous improvement and readjustment in the operational daily routine.
• You will collect structured feedback from the operational reality, lead concrete improvement measures, and prioritize topics together with the Digital Operations Specialists.
• You will develop guidelines, playbooks, and training formats to sustainably anchor knowledge, standards, and best practices.
• If needed, you will support the teams in Revenue Management and Sales & Reservations to stabilize processes during short-term bottlenecks – and use your operational perspective to identify improvement and automation potential.
• You will work closely with the Head of Digital Operations and the Country General Manager to steer digital projects, priorities, and processes across departments.

Your Profile

• You bring experience in Hospitality or the Hospitality-Tech field – ideally from an operational function with interfaces to digital tools or systems.
• You have a completed degree or vocational training in the field of Hotel Management, Business Administration, Digitalization, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• You possess an understanding of digital processes, Property-Management-Systems (PMS), Channel Manager, booking platforms, CRM and communication tools.
• You have a well-developed process understanding and enjoy analyzing, structuring, and optimizing workflows.
• You have hands-on mentality and work structured and solution-oriented, keep your overview even with complex topics, and set priorities pragmatically.
• You communicate clearly, empathetically, addressably, and on an equal footing with various stakeholders.
• You have very good German and English skills (C1) in writing and speaking.
• You use digital tools with ease, recognize potential, and are enthusiastic about how AI can make the working day more efficient.
