To complete our international team, we are looking for a digital marketing specialist (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• Content with Plan: You develop themes, formats, and storylines – and lead our social & campaign content calendar (derived from the marketing year plan).
• Creator-Mindset: You create self-content (text, image, video) – from Reel to Carousel, from product story to event recap. Always target-oriented and brand-conform.
• Campaigns that work: You plan and control campaigns over social & CRM – including launches, seasonal highlights, and dealer/B2C actions (organic and paid as needed).
• Newsletter with added value: You maintain our email marketing – from theme planning to dispatch to evaluation. You develop newsletters further and ensure relevant content.
• Community first: You maintain our community, respond quickly, friendly, and sovereign – and build genuine relationships with fans, athletes, and business partners.
• Insights instead of gut feeling: You evaluate campaign and channel KPIs, derive learnings, and continuously improve – together with the team.
• Working with pros: You are in close contact with our athletes and racing teams, know their year plan, and set content effectively for our channels.
• Teamwork with drive: You work closely with design/graphic, event, product management, and sales together – and bring the brand forward on all touchpoints.

Qualification

• Content experience that can be seen: You have proven practice in social media & content marketing – and a good sense for brands, target groups, and storytelling.
• Hands-on & creative: You can design yourself and work pragmatically, quickly, and neatly.
• Campaign understanding: You know how to set up campaigns, play them out, and optimize – and how CRM/newsletter fits in sensibly.
• Tool fit: Secure handling of common tools (Meta/IG, TikTok/YouTube depending on focus, newsletter tool, analytics/reporting). Adobe/foto/video is a plus.
• Communication: Very good German, good English – and the ability to convey complex content clearly.
• Nice to have: High bike affinity and experience in photo/video production.
