Digital Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the operational implementation, control, and optimization of digital marketing measures from dean&david.
Your focus lies on Website, App, SOT, Performance Marketing, and CRM – with the goal of improving reach, conversion, and effectiveness of our marketing activities measurable.

Your Tasks

Digital Marketing & Performance

• You manage and develop digital touchpoints from dean&david further – particularly Website, SOT, App, Performance Marketing, and CRM.
• You set up Performance-Marketing-Measures, control these in everyday life, and optimize them continuously based on KPIs.
• You support the implementation of Always-on- and campaign measures along the Customer Journey.
• You optimizeUser Journeys and Conversion Rates in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

Analyze & Reporting

• You analyze relevant KPIs (e.g. Traffic, Conversion, CRM metrics) and prepare these structured.
• You create regular reports and lead concrete optimization measures.
• You support the setup and further development of tracking and analysis setups.

Collaboration

• You work closely with the Marketing Manager, Brand, Graphics, Operations, and IT teams.
• You coordinate external agencies and service providers in the digital field.
• You ensure that digital measures are implemented in line with our brand strategy.

Further Development

• You monitor trends and tools in Digital Marketing and bring optimization ideas forward.
• You actively work on developing our digital processes and tools.

Your Profile

• First to several years of experience inDigital Marketing
• Fundamental knowledge inPerformance Marketing, Website Management, App and SOT Management, and/or CRM
• Analytical Thinking and enjoyment of numbers, KPIs, and optimization.
• Good Communication Skills and pleasure in working with different partners.
• A developed problem-solving ability as well as the motivation to tackle challenges structuredly and find practical solutions.
• Structured, self-reliant work style and hands-on mentality.
• Very good German and English skills.
