Your Tasks

Digital Listings Management

• Control and optimization of all online ads for our commercial areas.
• Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness of all listings.
• Coordination of new creations, changes, and deactivations.
• Monitoring and continuous optimization of visibility on real estate portals.

Management of external web agents

• Coordination and management of external web agents and service providers.
• Ensuring uniform quality standards across all platforms.
• Monitoring of timelines, SLAs, and performance.

Performance & Demand Tracking

• Analysis of leads, demand developments, and performance data.
• Creation of KPI reports and operational updates.
• Identification of optimization potential along the customer journey.

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of KPI tracking, data analysis, and performance management.
• Very structured and self-reliant working style.
• Able to manage multiple topics in parallel and set priorities.
• Experience in collaboration with external partners and internal teams.
• High quality standards and a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent German and good English skills.
