Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to enhance brand and product visibility.
Plan and manage content creation projects, including short videos, livestreams, and promotional campaigns.
Lead and coordinate internal video production and creative teams to ensure high-quality content.
Manage social media channels and schedule content.
Drive customer acquisition by converting public traffic into private community engagement.
Collaborate with community managers to nurture private audiences and increase customer retention.
Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
Align marketing initiatives with product and production teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets for all digital marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve brand reach and engagement.
This role manages both local and China desk portfolio, bilingual of English and Mandarin is preferred.
