Position: Financial Analyst in E-Commerce M&A at BRANDCIRCLE

Working hours: 30+ hours per week (Full-time/Freelancer)

Remuneration: €15.00-€25.00 per hour

Location: 100% Remote (Meetings/Treatments possible at the Nuremberg office, but not necessary)

Availability: Immediately available

BRANDCIRCLE is a rising E-Commerce M&A consulting boutique with a focus on handling M&A deals for online retailers in the range of €2-€25 million annual turnover.

We at BRANDCIRCLE take over a strategic and operational advisory role when selling assets and/or company shares for E-commerce entrepreneurs, to achieve the highest possible sale value for our customers. For our alumni, i.e., customers who have successfully sold with us, we also manage subsequent purchases of other brands/companies - the activity extends from acquisition, negotiation, and document review to successful contract conclusion.
