As Digital Marketing Manager (gn) with a focus on Automation, you will be a central part of our digital team. Together with your team, you will develop our HubSpot email marketing further. Both technically and conceptually.

• You develop and implement automated marketing processes and create strategic concepts for multi-stage marketing and sales campaigns, particularly for lead generation and customer retention throughout the entire lifecycle.
• To target customer acquisition and activation, you design innovative lead magnets and coordinate the content and visual implementation within the marketing team for all brands of our company group.
• You enable seamless customer experiences from the first interaction to long-term retention through well-thought-out automations.
• You segment customer data, apply relevant A/B testing strategies, and manage automated processes across all brands to support both acquisition and retention goals.
• Your analytical and numerical work style enables you to evaluate our campaigns based on central KPIs and deliver valuable insights for planning and optimizing future measures. You focus particularly on conversion, engagement, and retention metrics for all brands.

Your Strengths

• You have a HubSpot skillset that includes conceiving well-thought-out journeys, designing individual emails visually, and implementing performant workflows and optimizing them continuously.
• You know exactly how to successfully implement measures in the B2B and B2C sectors, using whitepapers, content pieces, and videos optimally.
• CPA, CAC, CLV, lead scoring, and lead nurturing are not just buzzwords for you but are part of your repertoire.
• You have a deep technical understanding, know the integration of various systems through API solutions, and have already accompanied processes around data integration and automation.
• The ideal mix of visionary thinking, creative finesse, and technical know-how rounds out your profile.
