Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Munich, who takes operational responsibility for real customer projects and is eager to grow together with us.

As a specialized agency for digital marketing, we develop tailored systems that enable companies to target their desired customers, increase visibility, and generate new B2B inquiries. In the industrial environment, digital channels are becoming increasingly important to be visible at the right time to the right decision-makers.

Tasks

• You support in implementing social media strategies for our clients (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)
• You create editorial content, image materials, and simple videos – also in English
• You analyze performance data and help to derive optimization potential from it
• You accompany the preparation of customer workshops and marketing projects
• You help with creating presentations, concepts, and research – both in German and English
• You coordinate small tasks in daily business – e.g., scheduling appointments, preparing offers or project communication

Qualification

• First experience in dealing with social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Pleasure in writing, an eye for design, and a sense of good stories
• Self-sufficient, structured, and proactive working style
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and possibly Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Very good German language skills and secure English language skills in writing and speaking
• Tech-savviness or prior experience in the industrial or technical environment is a plus – but not a must!
