Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in schnell-wachsenden Marketing-Agentur

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who builds beautiful, converting landing pages and is very tech-savvy.

We are a scaling agency. We develop selected coaching, consulting companies and personal brands from seven-figure annual revenues to eight-figure annual revenues.

We only work with companies and personal brands that bring about real change. Marketing is our tool to empower the customers of our customers. Therefore, we only work with market leaders who have a big vision and want to change the world sustainably.

Aufgaben

You will have 2 tasks in our agency:

Part 1: Website / Landing-Page-Bau:

• You create Websites / Landing-Pages, which not only look good but also convert (texts we'll provide you with)
• The technical setup of websites is familiar to you
• You have an eye for design and find landing pages with design errors terrible
• Your claim are aesthetic, error-free, and sales-strong Landing-Pages

Part 2: Technische Unterstützung:

• Bau and optimization of automations with Zapier and/or Make
• Implementation and use of Webhooks, APIs, and Automatisierungen
• Data analysis: You understand software quickly and extract relevant key figures (which data is important, we'll provide you with)
• Bonus: Experience with CRM-Systemen is desirable but not a must
• You are number-affine and work sovereignly with Excel, Google Sheets & Co., even with complex tasks
• You are tech-savvy and can get familiar with any program. You don't need instructions, but you can basically learn any tool yourself through YouTube, ChatGPT, etc.

Qualifikation

What you must bring:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in online marketing and have created every kind of automation and built dozens of landing pages
• Experience with page builders like Wordpress Elementor, Clickfunnels, etc.
• You are now intensively using KI – and sometimes also working with more complex automations
• You have a passion for marketing and psychology. You know how marketing works and want to do more of it
• You have been messing around with the PC since childhood (you've played, tinkered, edited pictures, or something else)
• You regularly engage in sports or another regular activity outside of work
• And the decisive thing: You have a High-Performance-Mindset – you don't settle for mediocrity, but want to achieve outstanding results. Just as you demand outstanding results from your colleagues
