Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Marketing-Agentur

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who builds converting Landing-Pages, has interest in AI and is technically inclined.

We are a scaling agency. We develop selected coaching-, consulting firms and personal brands from seven-figure to eight-figure annual revenues.

We only work with companies and personal brands that bring about real change. Marketing is our tool to empower the customers of our customers. Therefore, we only work with market leaders who have a big vision and want to change the world sustainably.

Aufgaben

You will have 2 tasks in our agency:

Part 1: Website / Landing-Page-Bau:

• You set up Landingpages and Funnels within 48-72 hours from briefing to live go (texts we'll provide you)
• You have an additional eye for design, and you find Landing-Pages with design errors terrible
• Your claim is aesthetic, error-free, and sales-strong Landing-Pages

Part 2: Technical Support

• Setup and optimization of automations using Zapier and/or N8N
• Implementation and use of Webhooks, APIs, and Automations
• You resolve technical changes, bugs, and adjustments within 24 hours completely and cleanly.
• Data analysis: You understand software quickly and extract relevant key figures (which data is important, we'll provide you with)
• Bonus: Experience with CRM-Systems is desirable but not a must
• You are number-affine and work sovereignly with Excel, Google Sheets & Co., even with complex tasks
• You are technically inclined and can get familiar with any program. You don't need instructions, but you can basically learn any tool through YouTube, ChatGPT, and Co.

Qualification

What you must bring:

• Prior stations: You have ideally 2-5 years of experience in online marketing, marketing tech setup, funnel building or a comparable hands-on role.
• Experience with page builders like Wordpress Elementor, Clickfunnels, etc.
• You currently use AI intensively and have already worked with more complex automations
• Independent work: We will give you regular tasks where we don't yet have a solution. Your task is to find these solutions yourself
• You have been dealing with computers since childhood (you've played, tinkered, edited pictures, or something else)
• Mindset: You think in solutions, take responsibility and deliver tasks at 100% clean rather than just quickly at 80%
• You regularly do sports or another regular activity outside of work
• And the decisive thing: You have a High-Performance-Mindset – you don't settle for mediocrity, but want to achieve outstanding results. Just as you demand outstanding results from your colleagues.
