Digital Marketing Manager (eCommerce Fitness / Wellness industry)

Job description

A fast-growing Christchurch company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and lifecycle channels with a data-driven, creative approach.

Take ownership of performance marketing, campaign optimisation, and lifecycle journeys while working cross-functionally to drive commercial outcomes?

What you’ll bring:
  • BCom Degree in Marketing or other degree or tertiary qualification in marketing, comms, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years digital marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce or SaaS
  • Essential is hands-on experience with HubSpot Pro (campaigns, lifecycle flows, attribution) and GA4/GTM tracking
  • Proven success managing Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube, Pinterest a bonus) and hitting CAC/ROAS targets
  • Strong grasp of UTM governance, data hygiene, and event-based conversion tracking
  • Lifecycle marketing expertise (segmentation, nurture, re-engagement, deliverability)
  • Ability to lead structured testing (audiences, creatives, offers) and optimise across funnels
  • Analytical mindset with commercial acumen: dashboards, forecasting, and actionable reporting
  • Experience with paid social a strong advantage
  • Good collaborative team player
