Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Client Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and goals. Campaign Development: Design and implement impactful campaigns across various channels (social media, email, search engine optimization, etc.) to drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure high performance and growth. Client Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze campaign performance using various metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement rates, etc.) to inform future strategies. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably as a manager or team lead. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
