As a modern and tradition-rich family business in its 4th generation, we have made it our mission to sweeten the moment of our customers. We live this every day in our 2 café houses and 5 confectionery branches. In doing so, we have specialized in fine confectionery products and create individual cakes for every occasion - so that we can make the moment of our customers even more unforgettable.

To strengthen our enjoyment family, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) part-time (at least 15 hours per week) starting immediately.

Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (mind. 15 Wochenstunden)

Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to promote the Café Konditorei Schmerker brand.
• Management and optimization of social media channels to increase customer loyalty and interaction.
• Analysis of marketing data and trends to evaluate campaign performance and plan future measures.
• Collaboration with the creative team to create appealing content for online platforms.
• Monitoring of budgets for digital marketing campaigns and ensuring effective use of funds.

Qualifikation

• Experience in digital marketing, ideally in the food or confectionery industry.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEA as well as working with common analysis tools.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative online marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
