Digital Marketing & Funnel Lead

PassportCard is building its digital growth machine further and is seeking a Digital Marketing & Funnel Lead (m/w/d) who combines strategic digital leadership with operational excellence, hands-on implementation, and an out-of-the-box KI-driven mindset.

In this key role, you will be responsible for the entire digital marketing funnel – from Awareness to Conversion to Retention – and steer the implementation, optimization, and performance of all digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Leadership team and take end-to-end responsibility for structuring, prioritizing, and daily implementation of all digital measures.

A central part of the role is active co-shaping of the Digital Strategy as well as clear Business Ownership for all digital growth initiatives. While strategic goals and priorities are jointly defined, operational responsibility for scaling, performance steering, and excellence in implementation lies with you.

Artificial Intelligence is a key factor of success in this position: You will use AI specifically for personalization, automation, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making along the entire funnel.

The current focus is on the German market as the central growth driver, with clear perspective on expansion into other European markets. This role is a crucial building block for PassportCard's European growth and offers long-term stability, extensive development and design opportunities, and a clear career path based on shared successes.

Aufgaben

• Development and continuous further development of the Digital-, Funnel- and KI-strategy in close coordination with the Marketing Leadership team
• Translation of strategic goals into clear initiatives, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable KPIs
• End-to-end responsibility for hands-on implementation as well as daily steering and optimization of all digital initiatives
• Responsibility for the entire marketing funnel from Acquisition to Retention
• Identification of conversion barriers and growth levers through continuous performance monitoring
• Surety of ongoing KPI monitoring and data-driven optimization along the entire funnel
• Steering, control, and optimization of significant digital marketing budgets with clear focus on efficiency and scalability
• Operational responsibility for performance marketing channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• KI-driven optimization of targeting, bidding, creatives, messaging, personalization, and timing
• Building and conducting continuous test-, learn- and optimize cycles
• Consecutive improvement of central business metrics such as ROI, CAC, and LTV
• Structuring complex projects into clear workstreams with clear responsibilities
• Strong project management as well as clear implementation and prioritization steering
• Tight, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Analytics for holistic growth steering

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience on Senior Level in Digital Marketing with clear hands-on responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into structured initiatives and excellent daily implementation
• Very strong expertise in the use of Artificial Intelligence in marketing as well as practical experience with KI-driven optimization of performance, personalization, and automation
• Outstanding organizational skills as well as very good project- and stakeholder management
• Data-driven, analytical, and implementation-oriented mindset with clear focus on performance and scalability
• German language skills at mother tongue level in writing and speaking
• Fluent English language skills in writing and speaking
