Public tenders are a 400-billion-euro market – and one of the last big areas that is only just being digitalized. We are Vergabepilot AI: A KI-based SaaS platform that helps small and medium-sized enterprises find exactly the right contracts.

Our team is small, our growth strong. As a work student, you will work directly with the marketing leadership together and build the growth engine for our B2B product. No endless coordination loops, but real responsibility, modern tools, and a steep learning curve in all disciplines of B2B marketing.

Tasks

• You will build new landing pages on our CMS and maintain content to convert more visitors into our funnel.
• You will research and write SEO-optimized blog articles for our B2B target group – supported by Ahrefs and modern KI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• You will manage our LinkedIn channel independently – from graphic design in Canva to editorial planning in Notion to performance analysis.
• You will support our lead nurturing in HubSpot, creating email templates, preparing newsletters, and setting up workflows for user onboarding.

Qualification

• Status: You are a registered student, ideally in the fields of marketing, business administration, media, or business informatics.
• Tech Affinity: You are comfortable with web-based systems and KI tools. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Language: Fluent German (C2) for convincing copy and good English (B2+).
• Mindset: You are a hands-on type. You carefully implement feedback, bring your own ideas, and have fun learning new tools.
• Bonus points: First experiences with HubSpot, SEO, or a good eye for design.
