Digital Marketing Analyst – SEO/GEO

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and the rest of the team and will be responsible for building the company's digital traffic monitoring and analysis system. You are a person with a solid analytical sensibility, who combines expertise in data with a real passion for SEO, GEO, and the world of AI applied to marketing; you are capable of transforming this curiosity into concrete strategies to bring qualified traffic both online and in-store.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the online traffic monitoring platform/system from scratch, defining KPIs, tracking structures, and analysis dashboards;
• Analyze traffic and e-commerce data to identify optimization opportunities for technical SEO, content, and website architecture;
• Oversee the optimization of content architecture, technical product sheets, and structured data so that they are understood, processed, and chosen as official sources by the main AI tools (GEO);
• Constantly and independently update yourself on new AI tools applied to SEO, data analysis, and marketing, proposing their adoption;
• Optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns by integrating data emerged from analysis to maximize online sales and visits to physical stores;
• Apply Geo-Marketing logic to generate qualified traffic to both the website and physical retail locations.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in analytical/digital roles in multi-brand Retail/E-commerce companies or in agencies supporting Retail/Tech entities;
• Solid expertise in Google Analytics 4 and the ability to build and interpret tracking systems and reporting from scratch;
• Mastery of technical and e-commerce SEO, with knowledge of SEO & GEO tools;
• Real interest and curiosity for the evolution of search (SEO/GEO) and for AI tools applied to digital marketing — ability to experiment, not just execute;
• Daily use of Advertising platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads); any certifications are a plus;
• Knowledge of CMS for content management;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a strong initiative and a data-oriented analytical mindset.

The company offers:

• Full-time availability – from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00
• Possibility of smart working 1 day a week and meal vouchers of €7.00
• Permanent contract, CCNL Commercio (14 monthly payments), proposed level 2 or 3, gross annual salary between €28,000 - €32,000. Contractual and economic insertion will be evaluated during the selection phase.

Work location: Milan - 20143 (MI)
