Digital Implementation Manager (Product & Project)

As a Digital Implementation Manager, you are the central interface between our customers and the development team. You take on requirements, structure them, understand the business vision, and ensure that they result in an outstanding digital product. You think like a Product Owner, act like a Project Manager, and advise like a Digital Expert – all in one role.

You work closely with the management team together, bear responsibility for customer relationships, and drive AI-driven initiatives actively forward. This role is for people who want to make a real impact – in one of the fastest-growing digital companies in the DACH region.

Aufgaben

• You are the primary point of contact for our customers and steer project execution independently
• You take on customer requirements, document them structuredly, and translate them into clear product and development specifications
• You understand the business vision and roadmap of the customer and ensure that the digital product aligns with it
• You prioritize, refine, and question requirements together with the development team
• You lead sprint cycles, release planning, and stakeholder alignment
• You drive AI-driven initiatives and digitalization measures at the customer actively forward
• You build long-term, strategic customer relationships and maintain them in close coordination with management
• You contribute to continuous improvement of our delivery processes, tools, and standards

What you lead in our projects:

• Requirements workshops and product vision sessions with customers
• Product Owner activities: backlog, roadmap, prioritization
• Delivery definitions: scoping, architecture alignment, sprint planning, releases
• Cross-functional stakeholder alignment in IoT and AI product projects
• KPI frameworks and experimentation processes for AI adaptation

Qualifikation

• 3-5 years of professional experience in digital project management, consulting, or product management – ideally in a digital or technological environment
• You are AI-affine, have hands-on experience with relevant tools, and drive the topic forward out of conviction. Not because it's trendy, but because you understand the added value
• Strong product thinking and experience working with backlogs, roadmaps, and agile processes
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance towards customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Able to structure requirements, prioritize them, and translate them into executable development specifications
• Fundamental understanding of digital technologies, APIs, automation, and AI concepts
• Experience with common tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and high resilience even in dynamic project phases
• Very good German language skills (native speaker or fluent) and good English language skills
• Experience in consulting or digital agencies is a clear plus
