Digital & Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - German speaking - Berlin

As Digital & Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will build our digital growth channels from scratch - from Social Media and Content over SEO to data-driven experiments. You are not a specialist for a single channel, but a hands-on Digital Allrounder with a clear focus on growth.

You don't work within existing structures, but help actively create them. You test, iterate, and find out which measures really generate growth and then scale exactly those. With your understanding of Content, Distribution, SEO, and Analytics, you connect all the pieces to a Growth Machine that delivers measurable growth.

You think not in channels - but in growth levers. And exactly for that, you need room: short decision-making paths, the freedom to test new ideas independently, and scale them. Deine Mission

• You develop and scale Growth-Strategies across various digital channels and understand how Content, SEO, Social Media, and User Guidance come together to generate sustainable growth.
• You plan, coordinate, and produce performant Content as well as conversion-oriented texts for digital touchpoints like Social Media, Website, or Landing Pages - from the first idea over implementation to continuous optimization based on relevant KPIs.
• You create and optimize self-contained Video-Content for formats like Reels, TikTok, or LinkedIn and test new Content approaches, hooks, formats, and platform trends to continuously develop reach and engagement.
• You identify new growth potential, prioritize initiatives, and drive tests and experiments independently. You have the claim to quickly learn, data-based iterate, and successfully scale successful approaches.
• You conduct Keyword-, Competitor-, and Target Group analyses, derive relevant SEO-, Content-, and Growth measures from them, and translate data and KPIs like CTR, CVR, or Engagement into concrete action recommendations.
• You work closely with teams like Product, Design, SEO, or Performance Marketing together, steer different marketing and growth projects parallel.
• You ensure that topics are quickly, pragmatically, and with high quality implemented.

• You work hands-on, independently, and with high implementation speed and take responsibility for topics instead of just tasks.
• You think analytically and creatively at the same time and understand how data-driven marketing, Content, and Growth come together to achieve sustainable results.
• You bring relevant experience in the field of Growth, Digital, or Lifecycle Marketing with you and have already successfully built, tested, and developed Content-, SEO-, or Social-Strategies.
• You bring a good sense for target groups, digital trends, and performant communication with you and understand how to build content that effectively reaches across channels.
• You work securely with common marketing and growth tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, CapCut, Canva, or the Meta Business Suite;
• You think about how we can use AI to make things more efficient. You actively look for opportunities where AI can take us further - without having to code yourself.
• You work experimentally, learn quickly in new topics, and have a desire to pragmatically implement new ideas with high self-initiative.
• You feel comfortable in dynamic environments, prioritize even when requirements change, and maintain an overview of different projects.
• You possess very good language skills, convince with empathetic user communication, and ensure that all texts are understandable, engaging, and convincing (German C2 in writing and speaking, English at least B2).

• Erfahrung in regulierten oder erklärungsbedürftigen Branchen (Health, FinTech, Legal, B2B)
