Digital Growth & Content Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a modern, digitally thinking personality who can connect marketing, content, systems, and growth.

The position combines creative marketing with digital understanding, content creation, e-commerce, and a modern KI-supported work approach.

Tasks

• Digital Growth & Campaigns: Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, funnels, and customer journeys including analysis and optimization of relevant KPIs, conversion rates, and performance marketing measures (Meta- & Google Ads, SEO)
• Content & Creative: Creation of content and marketing materials for social media, newsletter, shop, website, and print as well as utilization of modern KI tools for efficient content and design creation.
• E-Commerce & Systems: Maintenance and further development of the Shopify store as well as support for digital processes and workflows between Shopify, Odoo, and other systems.

Qualification

• Structured, modern, and self-responsible work approach
• Interest in digital brands, e-commerce, and growth
• Experience with Shopify, marketing tools, or CMS systems
• Sense for design, content, and brand appearance
• Basic understanding of SEO, performance marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Openness towards KI tools and digital automations
• Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS
• Experience with Odoo or ERP systems an advantage
