Digital Growth Consultant

As Digital Growth Consultant at Social Brothers:

• You are responsible for your own clients;
• You help our clients grow online;
• You work in a team with other digital consultants;
• You work for clients with an average monthly ad spend of over € 5,000,-;
• You give advice to our clients on their digital issues;
• You work together with our project managers, advertising & data, SEO, creative, content & CRM specialists for our clients;
• You surprise your clients with the results and new insights in monthly meetings with our clients;
• You are responsible for the strategy, growth, and scope definition of our clients;
• You are a sparring partner for our clients;
• You know how to translate strategies into client goals and you find presenting fun and
• You are ready to take the next step and work towards our goal of becoming the best digital agency in the region of Utrecht.

It's a plus if you have certifications, but experience with tools is much more important.

• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a digital marketer, advertising specialist or in a similar role;
• You have experience with all aspects of Digital Marketing;
• You show ownership and are willing to dive deep into our clients' needs;
• You dare to make mistakes to learn from them;
• You like making direct impact for the client;
• You have opportunities to grow into Lead Digital Consultant within 1-2 years;
• You have full autonomy and ownership over your clients and campaigns;
• You work on projects with measurable impact, short lines, and fast decision-making;
• You feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial culture;
• You have a curious and entrepreneurial mindset;
• You are innovative and have an analytical view;
• You can easily translate complex into simple and understandable for clients;
• You are fluent in Dutch is required;
• You have experience on the agency side (pre) and
• You have a lot of enthusiasm to work together with us to achieve the best results for our clients.

We offer you:

• A salary between € 3,500,- and € 4,500,- gross per month, based on your knowledge and experience;
• A travel expense allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer;
