Veolia is currently looking for a UiPath Developer to design, build, and deploy evolutionary automation solutions in a dynamic business environment. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the UiPath platform by collaborating closely with product, trade, and delivery teams to transform automation needs into robust workflows ready for production. You will guide technical solution designs, support development and testing activities, and ensure that automation standards are respected throughout the delivery cycle. Your main responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders from various departments and disciplines to understand automation needs and translate them into clear solution concepts. Designing and developing UiPath workflows using Studio, Orchestrator, and modern UiPath services. Creating technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and reusable automation components. Leading refinement discussions to decompose automation requirements and estimate development effort. Integrating UiPath automations with enterprise systems, including APIs, databases, SAP, mainframes, and document understanding workflows. Contributing to discovery activities to evaluate the feasibility of automation, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions. Supporting QA and UAT processes by validating workflow behavior and resolving defects during testing cycles. Ensuring that all automations follow established SDLC, governance, and coding standards. Collaborating with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager to provide progress updates and technical insights during Scrum ceremonies. Supporting deployment in production, triage, and optimization of workflows in production. Who are we looking for? Experience in developing UiPath solutions in enterprise environments. Mastery of UiPath Studio (Modern Experience) and Orchestrator (Queues, Assets, Triggers, Packages). • Experience in delivering attended, unattended, and long-running workflows using REFramework or custom frameworks. Good understanding of automation solution design, error handling, logging, and performance optimization. Experience in integrating automations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, SAP, G-Suite, and file-based systems. Knowledge of VBScript (or C#), SQL, HTML, JavaScript, SAP, Google Workspace is essential. Knowledge of Document Understanding, AI Center or other intelligent automation components is an advantage. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA, business experts, and product teams. Problem-solving spirit with a focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. Minimum 2 years of experience in developing UiPath (internships, academic projects or first professional experience accepted). Very good knowledge of French and English, good knowledge of Dutch.
